JOB OVERVIEW

We are in need of resourceful Business Development Executives to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We’re searching for freshers/professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

To achieve company goal of expanding their business, Business Development Executives perform a variety of duties and responsibilities.

Conduct Market Research

Business Development Executives work with the marketing team to conduct a detailed market analysis before they expand into a territory or take on new business. This research can be on different businesses or different demographics. They will use spreadsheets at an advanced level to analyse data and feel comfortable presenting their findings in written formats or verbally to senior decision-makers.

Maintain Relationships with Current Clients

While Business Development Executives focus mostly on growing the business through new client acquisition, they must maintain good relationships with current clients to be in that position. This involves using customer service and interpersonal skills to identify and meet client needs.

Create Product and Service Presentations

Business Development Executives typically put together high-priced deals, so the slides and other sales materials they use for their presentations are vital. They are responsible for using tools like PowerPoint, Photoshop and Illustrator to create these presentations.

Contact Leads to Set up Meetings

Business Development Executives spend a fair amount of time using their market research to prospect for leads. This can include good old-fashioned phone calls, as well as crafting emails for drip campaigns.

Conduct Sales Meetings & Win Sales

Conduct Sales meetings & close/win sales are the most important duty completed by Business Development Executives, as this is where they earn their salary. They use their negotiation skills and sales skills to convey value and convert leads into clients.

  • MBA or equivalent degree is required
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skill
  • Ability to develop good relationship with current and potential customers.

JOB OVERVIEW

The role of administrator involves a great deal of multitasking. Incumbent will work with teams, oversee the operations within the company, manage groups, coordinate with management and engage in planning according to the needs of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Administrator is responsible for the following duties:

Academic Related Responsibilities

  • Carries out the registration process of the students enrolled in the courses provided by the university
  • Ensure batchwise enrollment of students.
  • Maintain proper documentation of student details, application forms or any other documents related the university, both hard & soft copy.
  • Oversee the eligibility criteria of the students and update the same to the CRE
  • Enrolment verification to be done and share the same among the department.
  • To ensure and verify the student attendance is inline with the registered list.
  • To prepare Re-registration list in accordance with the universities and verify the same with the accounts department.
  • Ensure proper communication with the students in line with the whole registration process, examinations, academic requirements (projects/assignments), exam results etc.
  • To share the exam results with the CRE upon verification and ensure the same has been communicated to the students.
  • To prepare back-paper list of each university after verifying the absentees list and the results.
  • To ensure proper issuance of marksheets & certificates to the students, to document all the related forms received and maintain an excel for the same.
  • To prepare the list of students for convocation along with their examination & payment status.
  • Responsible for issuance of any letters pertaining the requirements of the students.

Books Management:

  • To prepare and maintain proper books inventory
  • To ensure enough books stock in the store
  • Requisitions for books to be verified before the issuance/purchase
  • Ensure the book issuance slips are filled-in and signed by the concerned personnel’s
  • Ensure proper delivery of the books in case of courier delivery

Leads Management

  • Oversee and ensure that the leads are properly assigned to the BDEs and the same is documented.
  • To verify the leads report submitted before EOB.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in the similar job role
  • Ability to work under pressure and also show initiative.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Advanced knowledge in Google drive & MS Office tools, especially MS Excel

JOB OVERVIEW

CRE creates and nurtures long-term relationships with customers. The CRE will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

CRE is responsible for the following duties:

  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
  • Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
  • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
  • Follow-up calls for repayments from the clients
  • Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
  • Preparing & maintaining the “minutes of the meeting”.
  • Cold calling and fixing interviews for the BDEs.
